Coffer Peach Business Tracker
Coffer Peach Business Tracker is operated by Peach Factory Ltd, in association with The Coffer Group, KPMG and UBS. It monitors sales trends across the UK eating and drinking-out market.
Sales data is collected monthly from participating companies, weighted by turnover and published monthly by Peach Factory. The data on file includes:
- Total year-on-year sales growth (as a %)
- Annual like-for-like sales growth (as a %)
- Month-on-month sales growth (as a %)
The survey is powered by Demographix and the methodology is overseen by KPMG. Participating companies include Gondola, Mitchells & Butlers, Punch Pub Co, TGI FRidays, Tragus Group, Whitbread and Wagamama.
