Disney 2010 London programme - book now

In response to the success of last year’s ground-breaking London events, the Academy has announced an enhanced package for 2010.

The five-day London-based seminar programme is back – and will once again be the centrepiece of the initiative. This will again be managed on behalf of the Academy by the Peach Factory team. Full details are on the programme's website at www.excellencefound-disney.co.uk

New for 2010 is a bespoke, executive trip to Disney Institute HQ, in Orlando. This exclusive, three-day training programme will be limited to just 20 places and includes behind the scenes tours in the “live laboratory” of the Disney theme parks.

London programme:
Full-day sessions will run over five days from September 13 to 17 and will give professionals an opportunity to experience the business behind the Disney magic – proven strategies and practices that will be easily adaptable to any organisation.

There will be three different one-day sessions being run over the course of the week.

• Disney’s Approach to Leadership Excellence: 13 & 16 September 2010
• Disney’s Approach to Quality Service: 14 & 17 September 2010
• Disney’s Approach to Inspiring Creativity & Disney Approach to Brand Loyalty: 15 September 2010

Each course is limited to just 200 delegates per day.

Executive trip to Disney Institute, Orlando, Florida
Exclusive executive-level training at Disney Institute World HQ in Florida. The trip includes a bespoke 3-day training course “The Leadership Shadow” and behind-the-scenes tours at the parks. Dates are 18 to 22 October 2010
